Pre-Installation / Tender: All new audio project enquiries and installations start with initial information gathering and discussion with customers to help define the project scope. For many projects, we will visit the customer site to discuss plans and to carry out a survey (this may include some testing to determine ambient noise levels). A new project and audio system design will be created, our project proposal and quotation will be submitted to the customer for consideration.
Health, Safety & Environment: Our installation engineers will work closely with local site maintenance and Health & Safety representatives. All appropriate health, safety and environmental as well as operational aspects will be discussed, identified and understood through Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAM’s) process and documentation.
Installation: Working with the customer, a works schedule will be created, the audio system installation will commence.
Testing & Commissioning: Once the installation is complete, our engineers will test all aspects of the system, cabling, input / output & speakers. Functional testing and commissioning of levels and other user, control and management aspects will be carried out.
Handover: Functional and operational demonstration with training (as appropriate). Handover to the customer.
